528S Assembled Roving is specifically designed for transparent panels as well as themats for such panels. It is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with unsaturatedpolyester.
528S delivers light weight, high strength and high impact resistance to the resultingpanels. The panels also show no white (unsized) strands and have a high degree oftransparency.

Tips for product usage :

The product is best used with in 18 months after production and should be stored in its original packaging before use.Customers are advised to follow the "first-in,first-out" method in warehousing to avoid long-term storage of a certain product,which may otherwise lead to poor dispersion, caking or fuzz.

Please avoid mixing products of different specifications in usage. In case of such mixing, please turn to ourtechnical staff for help.

The temperature and humidity of the product should be conditioned to be close or equal to the ambient temperature andhumidity before use. And the ambient temperature and humidity should be properly controlled during the use, where it isrecommended to keep the temperature at 15C-30C and humidity at 60% 15%.

In case of poor dispersion,the tension at the outlet of the roving may be properly increased to help solve this problem.
